Job summary

Teneo is seeking a Head of AI and Technology to direct AI strategy and execution across Management Consulting. The role leads the AI Engineering team, aligning AI initiatives with business priorities and coordinating with Teneo IT and central AI functions to scale AI responsibly.

The role requires translating business needs into AI-enabled solutions, overseeing the lifecycle from discovery to production, and ensuring adoption across consulting engagements while maintaining governance and risk

Qualifications

• Substantial experience setting and delivering an AI and technology strategy in a professional services environment.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams and production-ready AI or software products.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable AI initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own AI strategy, roadmap and priorities for Management Consulting, aligned with business goals.
• Lead the AI Engineering team; balance client work, tooling, enablement and capability growth.
• Define engineering standards and ensure alignment with firm-wide architecture, AI and security standards.
• Coordinate with central technology and IT to translate MC needs into firm-wide technology inputs.
• Manage knowledge-management workflows and subscriptions for Management Consulting.
