Job summary

PwC UK is seeking an AI & Technology Strategist to join Strategy& in PwC's deals practice. This senior advisory role combines hands‑on execution with client‑facing leadership to shape AI strategies that create, protect and realise value across transactions and transformations.

You will work directly with corporate leadership, PE sponsors and portfolio companies to translate technology insight into commercial advantage, building end‑to‑end transformation programmes and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience across enterprise technology strategy and AI, including digital transformation, enterprise architecture, AI strategy, data architecture, AI‑enabled operating models.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing enterprise technology and AI strategies aligned to value creation plans for corporates and mid‑market portfolio companies.
• Leading executive‑level workshops to identify business challenges, articulating the 'art of the possible' with AI and technology and defining a clear path to value for senior leadership teams.
• Building robust investment theses and business cases that clearly articulate the commercial return on technology and AI initiatives, identifying, prioritising, and road mapping high‑impact technology opportunities.
• Advising clients on how AI, including agentic AI, reshapes operating models and business processes, providing technical inputs that inform redesign of workflows and org structures.
• Collaborating with AI forward deployed engineers to shape design and deployment of AI solutions and pilot projects.
• Providing strategic oversight across engagements to ensure alignment between technology investment and measurable business outcomes.
• Growing Strategy& Deals AI and technology proposition with thought leadership, go‑to‑market activity, and new client propositions.
