Searchability® in London is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our growing AI start-up. You’ll be helping healthcare professionals around the world use our platform, onboarding new customers and guiding them through product demos.

You will provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and work closely with the Product Development team, while helping identify improvements. Equity may be offered as the company scales.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a technical/customer support role within a technology company.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
• Able to pick up new software and technology quickly.

Aufgaben

• Onboard new customers and lead product demos.
• Provide ongoing customer and technical support.
• Troubleshoot platform, configuration and technical issues.
• Manage support tickets, bugs and customer requests.
• Work closely with the Product Development team.
• Keep customers updated throughout the resolution process.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest product improvements.
