Job summary

Attio is seeking an experienced software engineer to join its Engineering team in the United Kingdom. You’ll contribute across the stack, delivering features end-to-end for Attio’s CRM platform, and help grow a top-class engineering team.

You’ll design scalable backend or frontend solutions, work with GCP/AWS, and collaborate with customers to guide product decisions. The role offers substantial equity and the opportunity to shape high-growth product.

Qualifications

• Experience designing secure, scalable backend systems.
• Excellent knowledge of modern cloud architectures (GCP or AWS).
• Demonstrable deep expertise with Node.js/TypeScript or Go for backend development, or React for frontend development.
• Experience of hiring and managing a team of Security Engineers, and working with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the stack, bringing high calibre technical expertise to deliver features end-to-end.
• Recruit and develop a top-class team of engineers that own a critical area of Attio’s product.
• Design and evolve our technical architecture to support Attio’s scale.
• Lead projects and make product decisions based on customer interactions.
• Represent Attio’s Product & Engineering values internally and externally.
