Job summary

ASDA Academy Lead for AI, Emerging Skills, Tech, Data & Online oversees end-to-end learning pathways across colleagues in AI, technology, data and online functions. The role ensures learning is simple, accessible, commercially relevant and tied to business performance and priorities.

Collaborating with People Partners, leaders and SMEs, it prioritises capability requirements, directs investment, and drives adoption of emerging technologies to support Asda's transformation and digital growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading learning, capability and adoption initiatives at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience translating business strategy into capability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the capability strategy & pathways for AI, data and technology adoption.
• Partner with functional leaders to translate priorities into learning requirements.
• Drive capability development, ensuring AI adoption and data literacy.
• Govern learning quality and delivery models with governance standards.
• Measure impact using learning data to inform prioritisation and investment.
