Alignerr is seeking a Task Author for the Customer Support / Success domain. You will design end-to-end support triage tasks, including ticket reading, account checks, and runbook lookups, deciding between fix and escalation with precise, verifiable criteria.

Formación

• Relevant experience in technical support roles with hands-on product support.
• Ability to reason through ambiguous scenarios and justify routing decisions.
• Strong written communication to define precise rubrics.
• Familiarity with enterprise software support and escalation paths.

Responsabilidades

• Author realistic support task prompts: ticket triage, account checks, runbook lookup, fix-versus-escalation decisions.
• Write scoring rubrics that define correct routing and escalation criteria.
• Set up task environments with tickets, accounts, runbooks, and system states.
• Solve each task to confirm realism and rubric accuracy.
• Calibrate task difficulty to challenge AI models appropriately.
• Review AI-drafted prompts and rubrics for quality control.
