Responsibilities

• Providing magical technical support across email, phone, video and live chat.
• Building and maintaining clear support documentation, tutorials and FAQs.
• Solving and triaging issues with in-depth product knowledge to product, engineering and customer success.
• Collaborating with product and customer success to improve Beam Notes for customers.
