Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an accounting firm, ideally in tax, audit, or client-facing work.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and building trusted relationships.
• Excited to learn AI tools and translate messy workflows into clear instructions.
• Happy to work in-person with customers and travel where needed.
• Authorized to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver magic by understanding workflows and building AI agents.
• Talk to customers to identify painful manual processes.
• Help define onboarding processes and deliver exceptional customer service.
