Job summary

Ambition is seeking an experienced Responsible Individual to lead the UK audit offering and help scale an AI-enabled international audit platform.

You will work with senior leadership, technology specialists and audit professionals to develop methodologies, deliver client engagements and recruit and coach the UK team.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery across diverse clients, offering international collaboration and a pathway toward equity.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level audit experience within Big 4/Top 10 or leading independents.
• Strong knowledge of UK audit regulations and standards.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver external audit engagements for a diverse UK client base.
• Help design and implement AI-enabled audit methodologies and workflows.
• Recruit, mentor and develop the UK audit team.
• Collaborate with international colleagues on cross-border audits.
• Shape the UK audit offering and growth strategy.
