Job summary

Ravical in London and Ghent seeks an Accountancy AI Engineer to co-design and build AI workflows with accounting firms, turning practitioners into AI architects. You will develop and run the training program, create internal AI tools, and feed field learnings into the product roadmap.

You should have 3+ years of accounting experience, a track record of deploying AI workflows, and fluency in Dutch and English. The role offers ESOP and direct impact in advisory AI innovation.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of accounting experience in advisory work.
• Proven AI workflow design and practical automation.
• Ability to drive changes and gain adoption in firms.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
