Job summary

Ravical in London and Ghent seeks an Accountancy AI Engineer to co-design, build, and scale AI workflows with accounting firms, transforming practical processes into efficient solutions.

You will train accountants to become internal AI champions, create repeatable automations, and feed field learnings into Ravical's product roadmap, working closely with the founders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Built AI workflows or agents in accounting/advisory.
• Proven change-agent at a firm.
• Ability to create value quickly in a new environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Co-design, build, and maintain AI workflows with key users at accounting firms.
• Develop training programmes to turn accountants into internal AI champions.
• Build internal AI tools to speed up work and make it repeatable.
• Feed field learnings directly into Ravical's product roadmap.
