Patsnap is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to support the life science vertical. You will engage with customers, understand R&D workflows, and design AI-powered solutions using Patsnap’s data, APIs, MCP capabilities and tools.

This role blends science, AI build work, and commercial problem-solving in a hybrid London office. You’ll work with Account Executives to run discovery, build prototypes between meetings, demonstrate live to prospects, and support deployment after signature, bringing

• Direct customer-facing experience.
• Hands-on AI build capability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support complex sales opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers and translate pain points into AI solutions.
• Build and demonstrate AI agents, workflows, prototypes, integrations and POC using Patsnap’s APIs.
