Job summary

Patsnap is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer for IP to combine IP domain knowledge with hands-on AI build capability in a customer-facing London role. You will work with Account Executives to understand IP workflows, design AI-powered solutions, and tailor them to customer needs.

You’ll build prototypes using Patsnap data and APIs, run PoCs, and demonstrate value to enterprise customers, while collaborating with Product, Engineering and Sales. Hybrid London office 1–2 days/week.

Qualifications

• Strong IP experience with patents or patent intelligence.
• Experience communicating with IP professionals and explaining IP workflows.
• Ability to build AI solutions and demonstrate value to enterprise customers.
• Typically 3–4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support complex sales opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers and translate pain points into AI solutions.
• Build and demonstrate AI agents, workflows, prototypes using Patsnap APIs and MCP.
• Run end-to-end proof-of-concepts from scoping to iteration.
• Configure and deploy AI-powered workflows and dashboards when appropriate.
• Support deployment after signature with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success.
• Translate customer needs into reusable playbooks and best practices.
• Gather feedback to inform product improvements.
• Maintain delivery quality, docs and data compliance.
