Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Principal Presales Engineer / Solutions Architect to join its commercial team in London. You will bridge sales, design, and AI infrastructure, translating customer needs into scalable architectures and compelling proofs of concept.

This deeply technical, customer-facing role requires collaboration with product, engineering, and operations to ensure solutions meet business outcomes and platform standards. Prior experience with AI workloads is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in presales, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles in infrastructure, cloud, or AI.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial team in qualifying customer opportunities and technical requirements.
• Deliver compelling product demos, technical presentations, workshops, and architecture sessions.
• Translate customer AI, HPC, and infrastructure requirements into clear solution designs.
• Develop and present solution proposals that align technical architecture with business outcomes.
• Work with customers to understand workloads, deployment requirements, and scaling plans.
• Provide guidance on compute, networking, storage, orchestration, and workload optimisation for AI/ML use cases.
