Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to help transform how data is accessed, analysed, and leveraged across R&D and manufacturing functions. This hands-on role focuses on building real-world AI applications that drive efficiency, insight, and decision-making.

You will design multi-agent AI workflows, implement intelligent search across data sources, and automate data preparation, analysis, and reporting to reduce manual effort while ensuring quality and compliance in regulated

Qualifications

• Production-grade AI solutions experience required.
• Hands-on Generative AI and LLM technologies experience (Claude preferred).
• Design and deployment of multi-agent AI systems.
• Experience in regulated industries (Med-Tech, Diagnostics, Pharma, Life Sciences, healthcare).
• Understanding of quality, compliance, validation and documentation in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing multi-agent AI workflows to automate complex business processes
• Developing intelligent search and knowledge retrieval across structured and unstructured data
• Automating data preparation, analysis, and reporting to reduce manual effort
• Supporting manufacturing and R&D teams through advanced data analysis and insight generation
