Job summary

BIP UK is seeking an experienced AI and Cloud Director to grow the UK xTech AI, Data and Cloud practice. You will shape the UK go-to-market strategy, lead major technology transformation programmes and build senior client and partner relationships.

You will oversee strategy, delivery and governance across Generative AI, data platforms and cloud architectures, managing a multidisciplinary team and delivering measurable business value at scale.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ of experience across AI, data and cloud in tech consulting
• Experience leading large-scale AI, data, cloud or digital transformation programmes
• Experience owning a commercial target and growing accounts
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and partnerships
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Define UK xTech AI, Data and Cloud strategy and growth
• Lead major technology transformation programmes from strategy to adoption
• Build and manage senior client and partner relationships
• Own portfolio delivery, budgets, risks and timelines
• Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary team of AI engineers, data specialists and cloud architects
