Job summary

Zendesk is seeking an AI Services Consultant in London to guide customers through the configuration and optimization of our AI-powered Resolution Platform. You will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, delivering rapid value while shaping deployments and adoption across enterprise clients.

You'll lead end-to-end projects, coordinate with Customer Success and Sales, and translate complex AI concepts for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Consulting/Professional Services experience.
• Experience in enterprise technology/SaaS go-to-customer roles.
• Bachelor’s degree; AI strategy or project management certifications preferred.
• Experience with AI adoption programs and business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on implementing and optimizing Zendesk AI products.
