Job summary

Zendesk is seeking an AI Success Strategist to lead end-to-end AI roadmap delivery for strategic customers in the UK. You will translate product capabilities into business value, define long-term AI vision, and align internal teams to scale AI programs.

Your success will be measured by retention, expansion, and revenue impact. You will partner with executives to drive adoption, manage multi-year roadmaps, and ensure compliant, responsible AI practices while balancing practical delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success / Experience, with AI-related experience.
• Experience in go-to-customer / GTM roles in enterprise SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree; AI strategy or project management certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI roadmaps for key customers.
• Design authority for AI deployments and reviews with stakeholders.
• Partner with executives to co-create forward-looking AI strategy.
• Align Product, Services, Sales, and Success teams to deliver AI outcomes.
• Coordinate activities, identify risks, and manage resources.
• Maintain recurring AI roadmaps and renewal planning.
