Job summary

NiCE is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build and deploy AI-driven customer engagement solutions across voice and digital channels. You will work with customers and internal teams to translate business challenges into scalable automation using NiCE's AI portfolio.

This role blends full-stack development, AI agent architectures, APIs, and enterprise integrations, delivering end-to-end demo environments and production-ready capabilities.

Qualifications

• Design and build AI-driven virtual agents that automate customer service workflows across digital and voice channels.
• Architect agent behaviors including prompting strategies, workflow orchestration, and multi-system interactions.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI agents from initial design through deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems including CRM and knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven virtual agents that automate customer service workflows across digital and voice channels.
• Develop intelligent automation using the NiCE AI and Digital portfolio, including conversational AI, knowledge systems, and omnichannel engagement capabilities.
• Architect agent behaviors including prompting strategies, knowledge retrieval patterns, and decision logic.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI agents from initial design through deployment and ongoing optimization.
