Job summary

Point72 is seeking a Market Intelligence professional to partner with investment teams and Compliance to leverage data science and engineering for research insights. You will design practical AI solutions, translate business needs into product requirements, and drive adoption across regional teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, rapid iteration with proofs-of-concept, and robust communication with senior investment leaders, while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing product, solution-engineering, or forward-deployed role.
• Solid grasp of AI, solution design, and engineering best practices.
• Comfort with Python, LLMs, and SQL/data; hands-on engineering a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree; STEM background preferred.
• Strong ability to gather requirements from non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Act as a forward-deployed solution architect with EMEA pods to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Bridge between EMEA teams and firm AI resources; translate needs into concrete requests.
• Lead enablement through teach-ins, tool literacy, and best-practice sharing.
• Provide light-touch technical support without owning core production systems.
• Track adoption and impact and report back to capabilities teams.
