Point72 is seeking a Market Intelligence professional to partner with investment teams and Compliance to leverage alternative data for insights. You will translate user needs into practical AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with EMEA pods and data science resources to deliver actionable research products.

Responsibilities include designing solutions, enabling teams with AI literacy, and tracking adoption metrics, while upholding the highest ethical standards within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing product, solution-engineering, or forward-deployed role.
• A solid grasp of AI, solution design, and engineering best practices.
• A bachelor’s degree; STEM background preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements from non-technical users and translating them into adoptable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI use cases with regional teams and shape practical designs.
• Bridge between EMEA teams and firm AI resources, surfacing capabilities.
• Lead enablement through teach-ins and best-practice sharing.
• Provide light-touch technical support to unblock teams without owning core systems.
• Track adoption with simple metrics and feed insights back to builders.
