Job summary

Point72 is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst to support Equities Technology leadership with day-to-day operations, budgeting, and cross‑team coordination. You will help plan, monitor headcount, vendor spend, and initiatives while ensuring clear, organized reporting for leadership.

The role requires 3–8 years in a technology/operational role, a strong command of Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
3-8 years of experience in a technology business analyst, operations, COO support, or consulting role.
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
Self-starter with the ability to identify roadblocks and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

Support Equities Technology leadership in day-to-day organizational operations, including financial management and headcount tracking.
Manage or assist with budget tracking and analysis with Finance and HR.
Develop understanding of Equities Technology processes and dependencies to support planning and risk identification.
Document and improve operating processes and system dependencies; implement best practices.
Assist leadership meeting prep and stakeholder updates with clear, accurate communication.
Partner with Technology and delivery teams to drive initiatives, set priorities and track progress.
