Job summary

Point72 is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst to support Equities Technology leadership with day-to-day operations, budgeting, and cross‑team coordination. You will help plan, monitor headcount, vendor spend, and initiatives while ensuring clear, organized reporting for leadership.

The role requires 3–8 years in a technology/operational role, a strong command of Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in a technology business analyst, operations, COO support, or consulting role.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
• Self-starter with the ability to identify roadblocks and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Equities Technology leadership in day-to-day organizational operations, including financial management and headcount tracking.
• Manage or assist with budget tracking and analysis with Finance and HR.
• Develop understanding of Equities Technology processes and dependencies to support planning and risk identification.
• Document and improve operating processes and system dependencies; implement best practices.
• Assist leadership meeting prep and stakeholder updates with clear, accurate communication.
• Partner with Technology and delivery teams to drive initiatives, set priorities and track progress.
