Job summary

The AA is seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to join our London hybrid team, shaping the architecture for the next generation of AI-powered products and services. You will be the technical authority guiding secure, scalable AI solutions and collaborating with Engineering, Data, Product and Security to deliver production-ready platforms.

You will translate complex business challenges into pragmatic AI architectures, using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search and AI agents, while

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Solutions Architect or similar, delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Experience designing AI or Generative AI solutions with depth to explain how components work together.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI architecture including LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation, embeddings and vector search.
• Excellent architecture judgement with ability to articulate design decisions, trade-offs and risks.
• Experience designing secure, scalable cloud-native architectures in Azure or AWS with API/data/integration focus.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication across engineering, product, data and security.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures that are scalable, secure and resilient.
• Translate business challenges into pragmatic AI solutions with clear rationale and risks.
• Design solutions using modern AI patterns including RAG, LLMs, embeddings and vector search, AI agents.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Product and Security during design, build and implementation.
• Act as technical authority for AI architecture balancing innovation with governance and maintainability.
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to reusable AI reference architectures and standards.
