Job summary

HASH is seeking a senior Solutions Lead to own enterprise pilots, bridging customers, Sales, AI Success Engineers, researchers and product engineers in London. You will shape opportunities from discovery to delivery, define hypotheses and baselines, and produce substantive pilot reports and case-study drafts.

The role blends technical consulting, domain research and applied evaluation with frequent customer interaction and high autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ambiguous technical or analytical engagements with shifting problem definitions.
• Excellent interviewing and facilitation skills to surface tacit knowledge and decision criteria.
• Ability to structure a domain for both experts and engineers.
• Fluency in data/AI concepts; ability to inspect datasets with Python or SQL.
• Strong KPI judgment linking measures to decisions and value.
• Exposure to experimental design, causal inference, and uncertainty analysis.
• Exceptional writing across specifications, academic methods, customer reports, and executive conclusions.
• Commercial awareness with integrity to report uncertainty or negative results.
• High agency moving between customers, research, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Join customer conversations with Sales to identify valuable, feasible opportunities.
• Plan and facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders.
• Conduct expert interviews to reveal system operations, exceptions and uncertainty.
• Synthesize interviews, documents and data into structured domain models.
• Translate objectives into product, data, model and workflow requirements for engineers.
• Define pilots with hypotheses, scope, responsibilities and success criteria.
• Build KPI trees linking performance, behavior, and value.
• Establish baselines and design credible evaluations (experimental/quasi-experimental).
• Ensure evidence is instrumented during delivery for credible results.
• Analyze pilot results, uncertainty, limitations and practical significance.
• Write rigorous pilot reports and draft customer case studies.
• Collaborate with Marketing to communicate validated evidence clearly.
• Coordinate external academics or evaluators for independent validation.
• Capture reusable patterns to speed future engagements.
