Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an AI Solution Analyst to join our Business Consulting team. You will sit at the intersection of consulting, AI enablement, business process, and technology to maximize the value of enterprise AI platforms across our global consulting organization.

You will prototype AI solutions, drive enablement, and scale repeatable AI capabilities while partnering with consultants and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, AI enablement, or solution analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience with generative AI platforms (Claude and Gemini) and advanced AI solutions.
• Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate problems into AI use cases.
• Experience evaluating AI output quality, designing test scenarios, and identifying risk or hallucination edge cases.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with experience conducting technical workshops or trainings.
• Continual enthusiasm for emerging technology with strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on SME for enterprise AI platforms, guiding teams on selection, capabilities, and use cases.
• Partner with consulting teams to discover and prioritize AI opportunities across workflows.
• Prototype, test, and validate AI concepts; standardize prompts, workflows, and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering to transition concepts into scalable enterprise apps and integrations.
• Lead AI enablement initiatives, including workshops, hands-on training, and change management.
• Establish quality frameworks, test cases, and evaluation criteria for AI output accuracy and reliability.
• Track AI adoption, productivity gains, and business impact across teams.
• Reinforce AI governance, data privacy, and security guidelines.
