Job summary

Veeva is seeking an AI Solution Analyst to join our Business Consulting team. You will be at the intersection of consulting, AI enablement, business process, and technology to maximize the value of enterprise AI platforms such as Claude and Gemini.

You will work with consultants and business leaders to identify high‑impact workflow opportunities, prototype AI solutions, drive enablement, and scale AI capabilities across our global organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, AI enablement, or solution analysis.
Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms (Claude and Gemini) and advanced AI solutions.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate problems into structured AI use cases.
Experience designing test scenarios and identifying AI risk/hallucination edge cases.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with workshop or training experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the hands-on subject matter expert for enterprise AI platforms, guiding teams on platform selection and use cases.
Partner with consulting teams to discover and prioritize AI opportunities across workflows.
Prototype, test, and validate AI concepts; standardize prompts, workflows, and assets.
Collaborate with AI Engineering to turn concepts into scalable enterprise applications and integrations.
Lead AI enablement initiatives, including workshops and change management.
Establish quality frameworks and evaluation criteria for AI outputs.
