Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. in London is launching a Consultant Development Program to fast-track early-career professionals into high-impact cloud and AI consulting roles for life sciences clients.

You will design, configure, and implement our software, collaborate with internal teams and customers, and gain hands-on responsibility from day one. The program offers structured onboarding, continuous feedback, and a clear path from Associate to Consultant in under two years.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree; up to 2 years postgraduate experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30%.
• Industry curiosity and drive to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and tailor the software to fit each customer's business model.
• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to map requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Manage project scope, build timelines, and keep milestones on track from kickoff to go-live.
• Guide customers with best practices to maximize long-term value of the products.
