Veeva Systems, Inc. is hiring a Data Scientist to join EU Analytics, helping Life Sciences clients accelerate treatments by leveraging Technology, Data, and AI.

You will build advanced models, integrate Veeva Data Cloud with European datasets, and drive measurable business value across markets. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions, document methodologies, and iterate based on client feedback, ensuring scalable, transparent results for global life

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data science or ML roles in Life Sciences or healthcare analytics.
• Strong ability to translate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience writing technical docs and data collection guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and scale advanced analytics solutions for Life Sciences customers across European markets.
• Process, harmonize, and connect Veeva Data Cloud products with diverse European healthcare data assets.
• Develop and apply statistical methodologies, machine learning, and AI models to solve complex business questions in Life Sciences.
• Build and design HCP precision engagement engines that connect disparate healthcare datasets with CRM data for targeted activation.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, operations, and consultants to deliver end-to-end analytical solutions and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain clear documentation of data methodologies, model architectures, and validation processes for defensible, scalable client engagements.
