Qualifikationen

• 15+ years delivering enterprise technology in heavily regulated environments.
• Proven track record leading distributed engineering teams and multi-year product portfolios.
• Hands-on architectural experience with production-grade generative AI and enterprise integrations.
• Strong software foundations: APIs, microservices, distributed systems, data pipelines, CI/CD.
• Experience delivering cyber security platforms: identity, privileged access, security analytics, or automation.
• Understanding of cloud security, secure software development, operational resilience, and governance.
• Ability to translate business/security requirements into prioritised engineering roadmaps.

Aufgaben

• Lead AI security product delivery and evaluate vendor AI security capabilities.
• Define architectural strategy and partner with security engineering teams.
• Design safeguards for agentic AI workflows and continuous assurance controls.
• Collaborate with Security Operations to enhance detection, response, and automation.
• Develop enterprise-grade security harnesses embedding frontier AI models and enabling automated remediation.
