Bumble Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist, AI Enablement to strengthen the CX & Trust team in London.

You will conduct quality reviews of AI-driven customer conversations and automated moderation decisions, ensuring alignment with policies and quality standards. You'll label cases for AI training, maintain gold standards, and collaborate with the AI Performance & Enablement Manager to improve AI reliability and the member experience.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or a fast-paced, policy-driven environment.
• Experience or transferable skills with AI-powered customer interactions and moderation workflows.
• Ability to evaluate conversations and automated decisions against policies and quality standards.
• Familiarity with conversational AI systems and AI-supported workflows is a plus.
• Understanding of quality assurance practices such as case labeling, calibration, and consistent scoring.
• Willingness to learn digital tools and adapt to evolving policies and priorities.
• Strong collaborative mindset and accountability for delivering insights that impact outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct quality reviews of AI-driven conversations and moderation decisions for policy alignment and quality standards.
• Identify policy enforcement gaps and surface actionable insights for improvement.
• Perform accurate case labeling to support AI model training and evaluation pipelines.
• Maintain golden sets reflecting current policy standards for QA benchmarking.
• Report quality issues and contribute to documentation and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with the AI Performance & Enablement Manager to improve scoring consistency and AI reliability.
