Job summary

Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive adoption and deployment of its AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will translate strategic visions into production roadmaps, partnering with senior executives and the Applied AI team to deliver scalable outcomes.

In this role you will lead executive workshops, design adoption plans, and own pilot projects with travel ~30-60% to support on-site deployments and customer success across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science with ability to advise both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python).
• Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C-level).
• Experience with sales qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC) and value-based selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Discovery & Vision Setting: Lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities where Mistral’s AI can drive step-change improvements; Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers; Develop business cases and ROI with Account Executives.
