Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in product development or equivalent.
• Experience leading end-to-end product work in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
• Degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience with AI-native products, agent tooling, or LLM applications.
