We’re seeking an engineer to work on core systems powering our AI agents, from infrastructure to user-facing features, in small, focused teams. You’ll own problems, ship reliable software, and help shape the future of AI-powered customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building production-grade systems or infrastructure.
• Strong product instincts and an eye for detail.
• Comfort across the stack or deep experience in one part of it.
• A proactive mindset—you take ownership, solve problems, and drive toward outcomes.
• Curiosity about what's next in AI, and a desire to shape it.

Responsibilities

• Design primitives for steerable, reliable AI agents that evolve with LLMs.
• Build contextual retrieval systems that respond with nuance and accuracy.
• Define how we evaluate agent quality, and how we help customers do the same.
• Develop no-code tools for non-technical users to manage agents.
• Create lifelike voice interfaces that feel natural, not robotic.
• Craft a new kind of agent development lifecycle, embracing iteration and learning from production.
