Job summary

Tech Against Terrorism is seeking a senior technical product leader to own end-to-end shipping of AI-enabled products. You will pair with the Executive Director and AI agents to prototype, ship, and scale platforms used by analysts and partners.

The role blends product ownership with hands-on AI engineering, influencing technical strategy and roadmaps. You will work with engineers and data scientists to ensure security, testing, and deployment readiness, while representing the technology to

Qualifications

• Track record shipping software end to end from idea to users.
• Advanced use of AI coding agents like Claude Code or Codex.
• Strong fundamentals: Python, TypeScript, APIs, databases, cloud deployment.
• Ability to turn ideas into clear specs and measure shipped outcomes.
• Clear technical communication with senior engineers and leaders.
• Self-starter who can own a function and drive results.
• Fast learner in unfamiliar domains.
• Eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
• Knowledge of counter-terrorism or online harms space.
• Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and government relations.
• Experience in startup or small product teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive TCAP AI to market: shape roadmaps into actionable plans.
• Build with AI coding agents: design, prototype, ship integrations.
• Bridge product and engineering: define specs and pull requests for review.
• Lead adoption internally: embed AI tooling into daily workflows.
