Job summary

Tech Against Terrorism is seeking an Executive Product Leader to bridge product, AI engineering, and security with the Executive Director. You will pair with engineers and data scientists to turn prototypes into production-ready tools and scale the TCAP AI platform.

You will lead the technical roadmap, drive adoption with international partners and funders, and set high standards for security and testing across all tooling in a fast-moving, impact‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping software products end to end.
• Advanced using AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex and shipping production software.
• Solid engineering fundamentals: Python or TypeScript, APIs, databases and cloud deployment; working knowledge of LLMs, prompting and evaluation.
• Strong product judgement to turn ideas into clear specifications and measurable outcomes.
• Clear technical communication with senior audiences and engineers.
• Self-starter who can own a function and drive results.
• Fast learner capable in unfamiliar domains.
• Eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance: UK resident for the last five years and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Owns TCAP AI product roadmap and drives adoption at scale.
• Pairs with the Executive Director to design, prototype, and ship integrations and internal tools.
• Turns prototypes into clear specifications and actionable delivery plans for engineers.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with engineers and data scientists to ensure high testing and security standards.
• Drives adoption of AI tooling internally and with external partners and funders.
