Job summary

Prolific is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own tooling for frontier AI model developers and lead client-facing engineers for strategic integrations. You will report to the AI Lead and shape next‑gen tooling across UI, APIs, CLIs, and MCPs, while guiding two teams focused on data collection tooling and strategic integrations.

Qualifications

• Extensive track record building AI-native products and UX across multiple surfaces (UI, APIs, CLIs, MCPs).
• Experience directly managing engineers, including client-facing or solutions‑engineering contexts.
• Fluency with Agile, continuous discovery and delivery, JTBD, vertical slicing, test‑learn‑iterate.

Responsibilities

• Lead a stream-aligned team and a client-facing engineering team delivering strategic integrations and rapid custom development for key AI accounts.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to success metrics, roadmap, delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with Product Design, User Research, Analytics and Engineering to balance scope, risk and value.
• Prioritize work to maximize impact for frontier AI model developers and researchers.
