Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an AI Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert to guide clients through end-to-end transformation of supply chains using data, AI, generative AI and agentic AI. You will identify high-value use cases, shape roadmaps and support scalable solutions across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, fulfilment and customer service.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of supply chain domains such as planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, fulfilment or service operations.
Practical understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI and AI agents.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders to understand challenges, identify performance gaps and align AI initiatives with business priorities.
Identify and prioritise AI opportunities across supply chain functions (demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, service operations).
Evaluate and build business cases by assessing value, data readiness, process maturity, and implementation feasibility for AI use cases.
Design AI transformation roadmaps and translate requirements into actionable plans with integration to enterprise systems.
Drive stakeholder alignment and AI adoption through workshops, governance, and executive presentations.
