Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an AI Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert to help clients transform end-to-end supply chains using Data, AI, Generative AI and agentic AI. You will identify high-value use cases, shape transformation roadmaps, and support scalable solutions across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and service operations.

Qualifications

• Deep supply chain domain knowledge across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, or service operations.
• Practical understanding of AI, ML, Generative AI, AI agents and analytics.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI-led solutions and roadmaps.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and leading workshops.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand supply chain challenges and align AI initiatives with business priorities.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across key supply chain functions.
• Build business cases evaluating value, data readiness, and feasibility for AI use cases.
• Design transformation roadmaps and support implementation of AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
• Drive governance, adoption, and executive alignment for measurable impact.
