Job summary

Capgemini Invent UK is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled initiatives, working with Capgemini’s technical architects and consulting teams to shape future business models and drive measurable client outcomes.

You will contribute to business development, internal capability building and learning and development while benefiting from a hybrid working model with opportunities across London, Manchester, or Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Ability to collect and evaluate new demand requests and validate strategic alignment.
• Experience interfacing with client stakeholders across levels to elicit and validate requirements.
• Proven capability to lead small project teams and collaborate with third-party vendors.
• Experience architecting delivery using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Track record of leading end-to-end AI-enabled initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled initiatives and transform client capabilities.
• Collaborate with Capgemini’s technical architects and consulting teams to scope future models.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and client pitches.
