Job summary

Raylo, a Belfast-based scale-up delivering subscription-based electronics infrastructure, is hiring to strengthen its Supply Operations leadership. You will own inventory across 3PLs, orchestrate fulfillment end-to-end, and drive capacity planning as the business scales.

You’ll negotiate with partners and build a growing supply operations team while reporting to the CEO and SLT. Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years in senior operational or commercial roles, with experience in asset-light e-commerce

Qualifications

• Degree-level education.
• 8–12 years of operational or commercial leadership at Senior Manager/Director level.
• Track record in asset-light e-commerce, consumer tech, device management, or MVNO fulfilment.
• Comfort in ambiguous, high-growth environments and imposing process where none exists.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory management across the 3PL partner network and forecasted demand.
• Orchestrate end-to-end order fulfilment and reverse logistics to recommerce.
• Lead commercial negotiations and partner integrations within the 3PL network.
• Support network capacity planning through 2027 and build the supply operations team.
• Present performance results to CEO and SLT; collaborate with Finance on budgets.
