Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a mid-senior software/product engineer to join a product engineering team building AI-powered software for certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. You will work directly with customers to translate real-world needs into reliable production systems.

You will lead conversations, document requirements, and own product areas from discovery to launch, collaborating with company leadership. London-based on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of software or product engineering experience with shipped production systems.
• Full-stack proficiency: Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, document intelligence, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience building products from the ground up, preferably in early-stage startups.
• Comfort working directly with customers and translating operational workflows into software.
• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to work on-site with customers and the team.

Responsibilities

• Work with customer operations teams to understand certification, inspection, and compliance processes.
• Lead customer conversations, document requirements, and build end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, data, and model layers.
• Own product areas from discovery through launch, collaborating with leadership.
• Ship software early, observe how users interact with it, and improve it based on feedback.
• Distinguish broadly useful product needs from one-off requests.
• Analyze customer documents and conversations to develop AI-powered workflows for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence.
