Mat Vin in London is seeking a highly capable Full-Stack Engineer to help build an AI-powered platform for industrial inspections. You will own both product and technology decisions, moving fast with autonomy while delivering enterprise-grade features.

Qualifications

• Frontend and backend development using TypeScript, NextJS and NestJS.
• Ability to move fast with ownership and accountability.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise customers to refine products.

Responsibilities

• Ship full-stack features addressing enterprise pain points.
• Move fast, build, test, and iterate with user feedback.
• Own conversations, architecture and UI end-to-end.
• Make smart technical trade-offs to maximise impact.
• Work closely with enterprise users to refine the product (forward-deployed style).
• Occasionally visit sites with inspectors at large plants to gather real-world insights.
