Job summary

Ophelos is expanding its commercial capability and seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to build a new function from the ground up, driving lead generation across the UK, France, Portugal and future markets.

You will own the strategy and execution of outbound email campaigns, webinars, events, and other initiatives, using data and AI tooling to optimise funnel performance and pipeline conversion. This role blends startup agility with a large-brand foundation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in performance marketing or growth roles.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads and show pipeline impact.
• Strong experience building marketing funnels and analyzing metrics.
• Independent, data-driven approach to verify campaign success.
• Experience in green-field environments and agile experimentation.
• Ability to work across international markets with local teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation across core markets: UK, France, Portugal, and expanding European markets.
• Design and optimise the marketing funnel: identify drop-offs, refine conversion paths, and maximise pipeline impact.
• Analyse performance and verify success: track metrics and tie outputs to qualified leads.
• Establish the performance marketing function: create a green-field setup and scale for long-term growth.
• Scale and mature the function: move from proof-of-concept to full-scale operations.
• Leverage AI tooling for accelerated growth: explore AI tools and drive experimentation.
