Job summary

Lorien, a UK-based firm, is seeking an AI Specialist to design, build and operationalise AI-enabled solutions that enhance the People function. You will automate HR processes, derive meaningful insights from people data and embed responsible AI practices across HR systems and services.

Reporting to the Head of People Support & Experience, you will shape the People Systems roadmap, own AI-enabled case management and knowledge retrieval, coach teams and collaborate with IT, AI COE and business

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering AI solutions in an operational environment.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML and generative AI, including LLMs.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services and modern data platforms.
• Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP, GPT, ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Experience building AI-powered assistants, chatbots or knowledge management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered HR automation workflows.
• Develop data pipelines for AI models and HR analytics.
• Ensure AI governance, data protection and ethical use.
• Own AI product roadmap for People support systems.
• Coach and upskill the People function in AI adoption.
