Job summary

Responsibilities

Build and operate scalable HR processes for Hypersonica using AI automation; own onboarding, lifecycle management, and performance coordination.
Maintain accurate employee records in HiBob or SAP SuccessFactors; implement AI-driven validation to ensure data integrity.
Coordinate performance cycles and ensure compliance with UK employment law, security, and data protection.
Redesign broken or slow processes using AI tools for efficiency; continuously test and optimize workflows for scale.
Create dashboards and use AI to surface trends, risks, and opportunities; collaborate with Talent, IT, Finance, Security, and Facilities.
