• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple high-volume areas.
• Monitor recruitment performance against KPIs and drive improvement plans.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide market insight and strategic recommendations.
• Produce recruitment MI and identify risks, trends and opportunities.
