Job summary

Kaltura is seeking a senior Product Leader to drive a new AI-powered learning and enablement platform for enterprise customers. You will own the end-to-end roadmap, coordinate integration with the Agentic Platform, and shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy across large deals.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver the 0-to-1 MVP and plan post-MVP expansion, blending technical excellence with business outcomes and executive-facing accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management with enterprise scope.
• Experience delivering AI/ML powered products with practical guardrails.
• Strong technical fluency on API-first architectures and microservices.
• Proven ability to design packaging and monetization for complex enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a full roadmap for Learning & Enablement Platform.
• Drive deep integration with Agentic Platform and post-merger assets.
• Lead GTM workstreams, pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning.
• Present progress and metrics to executive leadership as business owner.
