Zero Gravity is seeking an impactful Product Leader to own the AI layer of Zero Gravity Tutor. You will shape prompting strategy, model selection, and retrieval design to deliver adaptive coaching across subjects.

You will work hands-on to prototype features, run evals, and ensure output quality that genuinely supports student learning. You will guide the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery in both B2C and B2B contexts, collaborating with Growth and Commercial to scale the business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of AI-powered product building.
• Hands-on coding ability to prototype ideas, run evals and debug model outputs.
• Deep understanding of LLM fundamentals: context windows, RAG, prompt engineering.
• Strong product lifecycle ownership: discovery to delivery across B2C/B2B.
• Data-driven decision making using analytics tools, defining success.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to align teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the AI layer of Zero Gravity Tutor: prompting strategy, model selection, context architecture, retrieval design and output quality.
• Build and iterate adaptive tutor systems responding to how students think and learn.
• Tackle AI problems: move from objective to subjective, ensure quality as product scales.
• Design and run evals measuring output quality and learning impact.
• Prototype features with hands-on coding and POCs before engineering investment.
• Own the product roadmap: prioritise bets and guide team focus.
