Job summary

Careerwise is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of an AI-powered platform for a global organisation. You will own the product strategy and roadmap, taking the initial knowledge platform from development through to delivery and adoption, while shaping the longer-term vision for an expanding ecosystem of intelligent, interconnected agents.

You will collaborate with engineering, data and architecture teams to deliver data foundations, knowledge graphs, and NLQ capabilities,

Qualifications

• Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps for AI-driven products.
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business needs into delivery priorities.
• Familiarity with generative AI, agentic AI and LLM-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the AI-powered knowledge platform and wider ecosystem.
• Lead the delivery of the first version of the knowledge platform for global use.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, priorities and delivery plans.
• Coordinate product workstreams, chair delivery syncs and resolve day-to-day prioritisation conflicts.
• Act as escalation point for cross-workstream dependencies and align Product Owners.
• Work with engineering, data and architecture teams to deliver the knowledge infrastructure, including context graphs and semantic layers.
• Oversee expansion of natural language query capabilities across datasets.
• Ensure AI agents can access and retrieve information via scalable data foundations.
• Use Claude, Claude Code or similar AI tools to prototype ideas and accelerate development.
• Drive product adoption and ensure delivered capabilities deliver business value.
