Job summary

Modaxo, a global software group, seeks a Finance Systems & Insights Analyst to blend financial analysis with AI-enabled dashboards. You will partner with Finance Directors across 20 BU’s while improving reporting consistency and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or similar.
• 2+ years in FP&A or similar.
• Knowledge of FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, Balance Sheet, long-range planning.
• Strong financial modelling and dashboard skills.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis in ERP/BI tools (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Workday, OneStream) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience merging multiple data sources into coherent outputs.
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation in finance/analytics (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Python).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build auditable models.

Responsibilities

• Provide and refresh standard reports from NetSuite, Adaptive and other tools for monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Create timely, accurate, visually clear financial and business performance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards linking long-term and short-term perspectives for leadership.
• Apply AI and automation to consolidate data across operational, financial and HR domains.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines to surface attrition trends and roadmap metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance Directors and CFO, briefing on tensions between short-term priorities and long-term health.
• Support monthly/quarterly reporting, strategic reviews and board presentations.
• Continuously improve finance systems (ERP, FP&A tools, BI platforms) including NetSuite/OneStream.
